It's the second largest bus terminal in South America (after the one in Sao Paulo, Brazil). But now I can see that there is still room to fill it with more interesting things. I can't wait to see how much more it will evolve. Please keep posting more videos of El Alto. There is also "Grand Plaza (Mall)" and "Multicines (Mall)" in El Alto. Do you think you can film the inside of those malls? That would be so great!! Thank you.
@@angiefreddy3580 Since you've come to know so much about the city of La Paz and now the city of El Alto, and you've put in a lot of time into filming different parts of these cities, and made videos better than anyone, I'd like to tell you a few things maybe the locals have not told you yet about El Alto. (Centro Comercial) Gran Plaza in El Alto is located in 'Ciudad Satélite' in El Alto, a couple of blocks away from the Teleférico yellow station. That same yellow station passes over - and has a station - in Sopocachi. Because of that many U.S. and European tourists are finding hotels in Sopocachi. They used to go mostly stay on or near Calle Sagarnaga. But as Sopocachi is a very beautiful neighborhood in La Paz, Ciudad Satélite might be El Alto's most sophisticated neighborhood. Up until a short time ago, El Alto was a place where the peasants from the scattered communities in the plateau regions of Bolivia would go to find an opportunity for a better life in a city made by their own people, and because it was so close to La Paz City. But for most of this city's young history it was considered by the city people Bolivia (not just the city people of La Paz City) as a filthy cesspool of a city because those peasants were considered outcasts. El Alto's inhabitants were truly underdogs; and now its the second largest city in Bolivia (Santa Cruz is the largest) with the second largest population in Bolivia (Santa Cruz has the largest), and some claim that its Bolivia's Economic Capital (Santa Cruz is considered by most the Economic Hub [and powerhouse] of Bolivia). These underdogs have become Santa Cruz's biggest and best rivals. I can give you a few examples of why I'm saying this, but I gave you a lot of info about El Alto already. Their stadium is the newest in the country as well (they say that it was made using Russian technology for the cold weather of El Alto). And now their team has been in first place in the country practically since the stadium was built. And no one believed that El Alto would even have a semi-pro team. They now have a champion team in the first division. Thank you for reading this.
