Teeth are for digging in seriously hard stuff. A 470 kinda looks slow from the outside, but they (and 670s as well) basically don't give a fuck. They just do their thing, regardless of "hard" dirt. Plus, a cleanup bucket is WAY larger than any tooth bucket, so you chuck more yards per move. Signed, a guy who loves a stockpile day in a 470.
Excellent operator, very efficient loading with no inefficiencies that I can see. That machine is quick for a 50 ton class too. Beautiful to watch!
