Please ma’am is it only on the bottom of the dress that you add 5inches to? I also noticed you didn’t measure the hip length and the hip , you just use the bottom measurement to connect the waist.

Yes is on the bottom I added 5 inches to just to make it form A/line dress 👗and I shaped it out from my hip down to the bottom of the dress.
