When Mod said " I'm learning myself by myself" i felt that
I stayed at home until I was 30... well 29... my mom was a great help to me and allowed me find myself when I wasn’t stable. Once I got my career job she was helping me sign up for the first time homebuyers program so I could get a condo instead of renting... but she was diagnosed with cancer that same year and I ended up staying to be able to care for her until she passed a few months after she was diagnosed... she left her most prized possession(her house) to me and my sister. She was a homeowner late in life so it meant so much to her she was finally able to own her property... now instead of getting a condo I’m staying in her home and making it my own.. moral of the story don’t roll your eyes when your parents tell you stop trying to grow up so fast! I would give anything to be dealing with who is gonna ask me to homecoming instead of “adulting”😩 savor it y’all!!!

Thanks y’all, my mom was amazing and I only wish I had more time to really appreciate everything she did and pay her back tenfold!!! I’m just living to make her proud at this point❣️🙏🏾

There’s nothing like your own space. Who do you have to answer to? No one. Getting out and getting your own place with your name on the lease and being able to pay your own bills are all apart of being an adult and being responsible.

I'm 28 and I just moved out my mom's house back in June. It feel like it was a mental and financial mindset. I was just ready to be comfortable in my own space. I was already paying my bills and helping out when I was at home. I felt like it was time to be more independent. Living in my own, working, and being a full time grad student is a lot, but I get it done. Move out when you're ready, never place your decision on society stand point. Do it when it's time, but make sure you do it.
Sometimes we gotta step out on faith and be uncomfortable to eventually be comfortable.. this can pertain to moving out, taking on a new job or task. But ultimately, if you headstrong enough you gotta make a move and you will receive the desires of your heart with hard work and dedication. Appreciate these bag talks!

This is so true. It’s a scary thing but when you do it you kick in to taking care of your self mode. You’ll work hard because the feeling of having your own you don’t wanna lose.
I really enjoyed this video! I’m 18 and I just moved out on my own. You really start to learn to enjoy your own company! I really get self reflect and analyze myself. Blessings have also seemed to come my way. I feel like once you make that decision to want better for yourself and you put the work in things will fall in place naturally. I’ve never been happier
