What are your thoughts on Kiri’s strength right now? I one tricked her to hit top 500 but ever since the season 9 changes she feels awful. She’s in the bottom three win rates at every rank, she’s even below LIFEWEAVER at some ranks. Everyone keeps saying she’s so good and puts her near the top of her tier lists and it’s not like she’s terrible or anything but I just can’t carry like I use to. Her healing output isn’t particularly great but it’s fine, I just can’t get picks like I used to. I try flanking/offangling often like I used to, but it just doesn’t feel very effective anymore. But healbotting and spamming doesn’t feel effective either. Do you think I should be playing her differently now? She’s starting to feel like a LW or Mercy as in my main contribution to the team is saving people, not damage or getting picks which you cannot carry with.
The critical hit multiplier went down from 2.5 to 2. But the body shot dmg went up from 45 to 60. So the headset does 120 now, along with being less punishing on doing body shot dmg, which is pretty good.

She got two medium sized nerfs and one significant buff.
Nerf: HP 250->225
Nerf: Attack speed 10% slower
Buff: Damage 45->60 (headshot 112.5->120)
