I've been a Biomed for around 19 years now and have worked with multiple CMMS programs.
The most stressful part of any day was getting that call into the OR
for a failure on a machine with a patient on the table...
Now the most stressful part of "Every Single Day", is working in Nuvolo.
Thanks for the great videos and keep it up.

So, in a prior shop I used connectiv which is built from service-now like nuvolo. My hospital system had system analysts whos job was to configure connectiv to have an intuitive workflow and make any configurations we needed to have the system run well. I feel many of the issues you mention are due to the these systems not being great out of the box but are heavily configurable to meet your needs. You just need people whos whole focus is to work with the vendor to configure the items to your needs most of the times. It's definitely not ideal but it definitely can be done to make everyones lives easier.

I agree that they are customizable to a certain point. The overall flow is not though. Nuvolo needs a total redo with ease of use and intuitive work flow to be the main focus - not how many options they can add. The good news is that Nuvolo team has reached out to me and they'd like to hear about my team's suggestions. I'll do a private video for them showing as many flaws as possible.

@@BetterBiomedChannel Were you a GE employee?
I use Nuvolo and its very bad. I noticed closed PMs that were closed at the very beginning of the month tend to mysteriously open up as if nobody closed the PM, all the data and time that was documented / outputs documented completely disappeared. I have a notebook where I have to keep track of all my PMs and closed work orders.

I would absolutely love to assist you. My associates and I have debated the flow and structure of Nuvolo many times. As I said in the video, I have a core function that should be added. - A function that no other system on the market has which will change how fast teams can inventory work areas and locate due PMs, recalls, retired items etc
