I don't see we are monolithic.. we live in very hard caste compartments... based on your analysis.. when caste discrimination may go out of our culture? even after so much progress, we follow endogamy and 99% marriages happen with in caste silos... honor killings, discriminations, cast hate etc continued.... does celebration of festivals can bring social change?
People should rise above selfishness and if we work for common national goal and if we don't allow politicians caste based sectarian vote Bank politics that gradually brings change in the society .discrimination will disappear over a period of time.🎉
