Today I've finally dared to make this built myself and I'm truly happy with the result. The only thing I didn't do was dremel away the top fin, it's hidden underneath the shrink tubing and still looks good in my eye.

That is a good choice, I was debating in my head, but I figured I would show the whole path and people could do it the way they wanted.

I’m planning in doing a Origins/Neo-Vintage style Wrong Hordak. Will use the smiling face and the Macho Man Horde chest plate.

I've a great idea for an Adora figure but you would need a spare sorceress and She Ra.
You'd also need some Green Stuff putty for filling in the gaps on the back of the body.
If I get a spare Sorceress I'll take a stab at it.
