I'm trying to integrate a wiegand b6k reader on an esp8266 nodemcu but i'm not getting any data. Maybe I don't know wiegand well and a setting must be done on the reader?
wiegand signal output can connect to ESP module directly. maybe your access panel have not output any signal. some model need input pasword or use finger , so that can output wiegand signal.
I scan my tag and it gives me this in the log: [20:02:05][I][RAW:040]: received raw 13 bits, value 1fff [20:02:05][D][wiegand:116]: received unknown 13-bit value: 1fff" is that an error or is it working correctly? I'm using a D1 mini. Also, how exactly do you get to use the tags being read into a home assistant automation?

Do you have link to the Wiegand Access Keypad shown on the video? Also can you connect multiple Keypad on one controller board in parallel wiring?
the access keypad is buy from market, my our product. you can connect to multiple keypad, but can't work at the same time.

in video on demo of "TAG", "KEY", another is "RAW", the way is same, just do as our video tour, add IF condition in "RAW" ESPHOME code line.
