• I store my extra discs in snack size baggies. Don’t love it, but it works. I might get around to printing out a nice bold label of the size on printer paper, cut it up and tuck it inside the bags. I waste time trying to figure out what size they are. • I love your minimal style • have you considered a modified Cornell note design for your brain dump? I took the Cornell note idea and added one more column so I can put a mark there, indicating whether I had done the thing, forwarded it, or whether it was in progress. And the left hand empty column Is for a quick way to reference a group of things with one topic. • I hate the waste of the notes on the two page monthly spread. I make my own pages like that, but I can’t figure out what I would really want in that column, except may be a mini grid of the current and the next month, because I don’t wanna have to check that page for anything On my to do list. I suppose I could use it to journal more detail about the month but I’m not a big fan of narrow writing spaces… I never enjoy using the vertical planning approach either. It’s just a quirk I guess.
You are a limiting your audience by continually saying ADHD. I related to almost everything you said, but I do not have ADHD (well maybe to a certain degree, because both of my kids have it.) How I related is due to having certain autoimmune disease (fibromyalgia) cancer, blood pressure, diabetes, lung issues, migraines to name a few, but along with all these health issues comes memory issues. So I loved your symptom tracker. I also use a pain, mood, sleep, bs, bp, weight tracker in my everyday catchall. I LOVE your channel and I certainly understand the logic with you being ADHD and creating according to ADHD, but,,,,your creating has also helped me in sooooooo many ways. Thank you so much for sharing, I appreciate all that you have (and still are) doing, but maybe you could include along with ADHD, memory issues (fibro fog) and trackers into your planners
Helen, thank you so much for sharing! I appreciate you giving me another perspective, that's absolutely true!! I have a few inserts that are health-related, but I definitely will work on more!! I have lots of friends with autoimmune disorders, so I'll survey to see what would be beneficial to offer! I truly appreciate you reaching out and watching, it means so much to me! ::hugs::
@@katsmith8263 I'd be happy to help you out! Did you want the Personal at 3.75 x 6.75 or the Pocket at 3.25 x 4.75? And did you want a full year or just 3 months? :)

@@adhdoneplans Awwww, Thank you ! You are awesome, I love your style and I am looking forward to more content from you.
😂 ADHD video is over 46 minutes long! Sorry, just hit me as really funny. No worries, I'm here for the long haul. 👍
Okay, that's actually hysterical! I'm laughing about that now!!! Thank you for your support!!
This is too huge to carry around. I carry around the pocket rings A7 Filofax or moterm. The A5 rings will do or the personal size
Great point, Kat! I'll add those to the list of sizes to offer! :)
