I think the reason the LIT MV doesn't have subtitles is because there's a lot of traditional Korean in them that's not easy to translate into English. Even the color coded lyrics video wasn't accurate and it had a number of asterisks to mark where there would be translator notes. DKDKTV have a wonderful video breaking down all the references and meanings that are lost on non-Korean fans. I can confirm that experiencing LIT live in concert is WILD. Don't worry about confusing Keonhee and Xion, we're very much used to it! Xion has a fraternal twin in their brother group Onewe and it's a running joke within the fandom that 1) Keonhee is their unofficial triplet and 2) he looks more like either twin than the twins do each other.
This mv is pure Korean. The story is that they are kings and basically calling for a party or festival and they use alot of traditional festival. The moon is an main theme of the songs (because we are the moon) not all of them have a connection story wise but in thier lit (from the show kingdom I think) had the red moon and they turn to demons. That was kinda the start of thier storyline (starts come back home. To be or not to be, no diggity) there are story videos (please watch first) for both come back home and to be or not to be. They also did a Taekwondo version of this song with the Korean flying tigers (a demo team) with the version of lit they did for kingdom and its a performance video (I think they called it a theater version of it)
I love when they combine keonhee's delicate and soft voice with low voices such as Xion and Leedo (they do it always especially leedo and keonhee and I'm loving it 😭) ONEUS members can do both singing and rapping and as you can see in dance practices you can watch every single one of them individually and enjoy the choreo. For me (my opinion)keonhee and xion get less highlit in MVs but watching the dance practice or live stages you can spot them on more... I really love each one of them they made me fall in love with kpop again after watching kpop since 2010 cause oneus is special 🌙💕

Oneus was on Road to Kingdom and performed this song and their live performance skill are just nuts. Many of the words are traditional Korean sounds of instruments or used in folk songs. I feel Oneus does the Korean sounds better than most all groups. One of my favorite songs of 2021 was their song Luna
Your comments about Xion were very interesting. He was actually the least experienced of all of the members when they debuted, and it definitely took him a while to get his confidence up. You can definitely see his confidence increasing in every video
Something awesome about them is that ravn and leedo and seoho have helped with alot of thier songs the latest album every song was written by raven and alit of the choro pieces were by hwanwoong and on same scent her was the performance coordinator i believe 🤔
LIT is very Korean both musically and lyrically. There are a lot of elements of Korean tradition that are difficult to understand if the lyrics are translated as they are. Also, there are many unique interjections used in Korean traditional music. That's why the English subtitles did not come out, I think. Yeah it’s kinda similar to The Chaser by Infinite in the sense that it’s so Korean in some parts that direct translations make zero sense. You’d need full sentences or paragraphs to explain certain parts.

Xion actually does have a real fraternal twin brother Dongmyeong, who's in the band Onewe under the same label. The funny thing is, sometimes, Keonhee in fact looks more like both the twins, then the twins themselves do with each other lol
