- After overcoming many medical obstacles for the Mason family sisters Rachel and Maya want to take their love of music to the next level and George Oliphant is going to take them there. The George to the Rescue team takes the families garage from a cluttered mess to a place where Rachel and her sister can express themselves through music and mature their incredible bond, all without disturbing their hardworking parents. It is one deserving surprise for Rachel after her 17 surgeries within her 12 years of life.

My best friend has had 61 surgeries and she's in her 40's... Anyone who has had a lot of surgeries has my deepest respect and prayers because the 5 or six that I've had were hard enough...

ikr... she is so strong and mia is so strong too!!! i'm blind and have had at least 27 surgeries in my life, but i couldn't imagine going through what these sisters have

45 LP's? LOL - I feel old knowing what a 45 and an LP was. Fab makeover - love it!
I´d kill them for ruing them. I still have a collection and listen to it. I have an LP from 1952 in perfect condition with our national treasure, wanted to know how much it would be and it´s worthless, so many people still have them.
Try walking into a store looking for a record needle. The kids think its some kind of drug.

That's certainly is a lot of surgeries. I've only had 2 surgeries on my spine and I AM DONE WITH THAT!!! Best wishes to your family. Can't wait to see all of you on the cover of Rolling Stone.

What a lovely family and wonderful to see the strong connection between the sisters. They have created an awesome music room. I am sure that they’ll enjoy making music in there, they can start a band now.

Definitely the best lemonade this young lady could make! No lemons left in this house.
The structural errors on so many of the houses featured here are truly scary. Makes me wonder what percentage of the homes we live in have undetected code violations and how useless the theater of home inspections are to say nothing about the mold that is hiding in a huge percentage of houses as well.
Sure hope they created a new bedroom for the girls too. Great job George & Co.

It is the whole. The whole family,not one sitting on the sidelines uninvolved. I Like to smile and I did. This is the new year 1/1/2020 . what a fine way to deal with my own issues when I see this .Never once did we get into the pitifuls,as I call it.

I really like the outcome, but I am confused by one thing. I do not mean this as a dis in any way! Does the archway between the two rooms negate or diminish all the effort put into the soundproofing? Can't it just pass through the lounge and then the lounge door into that area of the house? I actually lived in a house once which had a first-order Eigentone room. It was double-framed (but in separate parts), double sheet-rocked, properly lined and insulated, and had an insulated steel door to prevent sound seepage. It was literally across the hall from my roommate's office. I could blast music, and he could program software and not hear a sound. Just curious. Thanks for any insight!
