I liked your presentation, Kundai. Yes, the house you show-cased in The Chase, somewhere in Harare, has a beautiful modern design. I didn't like the stairs to access the main bedroom upstairs. Very unsuitable and inconvenient for me as a pensioner if I was one of the residents in such a house. I could fall and hurt myself severely. If you are going to attract buyers for these modern dwellings, then for God's sake, please provide all the details in regard to the possible costs of such investments.
