Hi! So happy I found your post! I have also been an RDH for two years. I go through a lot of the same things as you talked about… like time management and how I used to put the patient’s comfort above my own ergonomic positioning … as for my neck pain, what helps me is doing daily stretching following the 12 minute “Neck” sequence in the Bend app. I’ve been doing it for 10 days now and it really is helping. The exercises hurt at first but now they feel GOOD… Can’t wait to watch your other videos ❤-Addie

hey gurlie! i am a first year dh student at an associate dh program in PA. i have been watching your content since i was completing all of my pre-reqs. how you juggled filming and hygiene school is so crazy to me based on the work load lol. I have a couple questions for you- how did you manage balancing studying/free time to avoid burnout? And did you have to do io/eo exams in school? What was your expected school appointment time when you graduated compared to real world? (for example finishing an appt in 2hrs your last semester clinic).
