Nice video and it's one way to do this but it's WAY over complicated. All that's necessary is to swap the spring and the ratchet mechanism from one stick to the other and then program accordingly. Only takes about 10 minutes. I'm somewhat flabbergasted that this video shows swapping the entire stick mechanisms - totally unnecessary!

1) lubricant for spring and rachet
2) calibration after swap spring and rachet
