I am more maintaining my current weight rather than losing but it is ok as long as i dont put all the weight back on😂hopefully it will pick up again and i will have more consistent losses every week. Well done Debbie - I have been watching you since you lost the weight last time and you have done incredibly well again this time.....I am an “old” slimming world member when fees were £2.95 a week - red and green days and having to syne fruit! I have managed to keep my 7 stone off for many many years and I have battled with my weight all my adult life and feel really I’m meant to be a fat person..... Anyway I’m currently battling with a 4 pound weight gain which seems to have appeared due to my over indulgence of chocolate - I’ve watched you tonight and you have inspired me to “try hard” so we will see - best regards Kathy

Hi Debbie you are doing really well l have been struggling with my weight for a few years now and l know that l need to do something about it l think l might have to start back on slimming world it seems the only way if l go to a group that l will do it anyway. I ove the geans and top you got you will look so lovely in them .l hope you are having a lovely week God's blessing to all your family xx

No sadly it goes from your hated places last 😂 I’m the opposite to you a lot of weight gone from the top half and weight still to go in lower stomach, bottom and thighs x
Well done on the scale victory . Do you know that if you hand an M&S item of clothing into an Oxfam shop you can get a voucher to get £5 off an item of ckothing in M&S i know about this as i volunteer for Oxfam .
