- BMW K75s 1987. Extremely good condition and superior quality 33 year old motorcycle. I purchased this bike in the summer of 2020 and soon realized that it belongs in a BMW collection. I have personally have only put less than 1000 kms on it since August.
I am more interested in riding several times a week when I have the time and weather permitting. At this point in time I want a motorcycle that I don't have to worry so much about if it were to get caught in the rain or perhaps it would get a little dirty. This is truly a beautiful survivor machine.
This BMW runs as it should and all maintenance is up to date. It just needs a caring owner who may want to keep it in their living room (probably not!), among their other motorcycles on display...or just ride it...whatever!
What a beautiful motorcycle! I am proud to say I too have a 1986 K75 that is almost the same condition. I have owned many bikes over the last 56 years and this one has been with me longest. I really enjoyed your video. Thank you!

what i love is the noise level is so low while riding at speed.
regardless of year.. the K-75 is one of the smoothest, most reliable, and durable motorcyles ever made. The maintenance requiresments are actually low, the rear spline lube is easy to do. The clutch spline lube is a major job, but not required but once a decade or so. The original shock will fail, and is not rebuildable. the YSS is a good affordable choice.

the whine is chractoristic from the timing gears...no worries
They call the early ones like this "finest kind" because they have a more robust rear spline. somebody polished up the engine cases to a fair thee well, and the muffler too.
How did you get it so clean????at nearly 70k it looks and soundsike new...
