Damage Increase on 2 extra hits on Ultimate comes from the Exclusive Artifact rather than the 10% Max Target HP. I am conducting more tests to understand the % Target Max HP damage and will update the comment once I find the value. I also Run the 61M team without the Exclusive Artifact but the other Aura artifact and total dmg done was 57M.
EDIT: Seems like the 10% Target Max HP can have maximum value of 500% ATK

since we a few days from s3, will you make a video about good/not s3 new hero banner? is it better spent all dice to this new hero banner or not, like s2 i spent all dice to s2 hero banner because ppl say ice blast is godly is this will happen to s3 too? or maybe you will/already discuss this in livestream
