@@lesmassouds she changed her original implants, I think she had them removed and a fat transfer put in instead? or perhaps some small implants in too x
It’s my 38th birthday on Sunday and I have to say that my 30s have been easily been the best years so far! You know yourself so much better and you crack on with life minus any bullshit! It’s great 😊 xxx

Do whatever makes you feel good! I was a scuba instructor in a bikini all day pre-kids. As soon as I stopped breastfeeding my twins I knew I wanted a lift. Not for anyone else, but for me to feel like me again. No implants, just a lift so lost a cup size. I'd gained two though post breastfeeding so still ended up a size bigger than where I started! And it was so the right decision, never regretted it for a second. So glad people are getting more open about this💛💛
Oh wow! After kids I would love a lift too . My chest looks older than I am. Though I love my bras, I just want that firmer look. If I may ask, what is this surgery called and can you give a cost estimate?

😁😂 my Mum is born on the 1st day of spring & father’s day would occasionally fall on her birthday… she would not budge on “her birthday”. As a child I’d totally roll my eyes but NOW as an adult, I champion her strong sense of putting herself first 💜♥️

Thanks for sharing your experience! Im a mother of three and have always had a very small cup size which I’ve mostly liked because of how I dress. But after the pregnancies and breastfeeding they are deflated and lifeless. For years I’ve gone back and forth with the decision to get implants but I really dislike the unnatural look. With your videos I’ve begun to look into fat transfer!! 🤞🏽🙏🏽 thank you.

You seem so happy Lydia and it is lovely to see. I think making the decision to have the breast surgery has been a wonderful decision for you and it's so good to see your comfort in your body now. I am considering breast reduction surgery, and it's a big decision but you are giving me confidence that, if it feels right, it is probably the thing to do xx
Thanx for sharing you surgery journey..it helps more than you know...I can breast cancer surgery before Christmas and in a yr can have another surgery to improve the look...and wouldn't of thought of using my own body fat....this is very helpful... you look amazing btw...beautiful girl ❤❤

It’s been a privilege to watch you work so hard to find your ‘happy place’ in all of the different aspects of your life. It’s very evident that you’ve got that particular aspect of your life nailed, and it’s great that you continue to share uplifting podcasts, books etc with us. When you showed the results of your surgery the first thought that popped into my head was that you have finally matched the body and mindset that you’ve been hoping to achieve. It also speaks to how much the surgery has already changed your whole perception of how you look because I very much doubt 2019 Lydia would have felt comfortable talking so openly about her body as 2022 Lydia just did! Oh and, not that it needs saying but, you look spectacular!
It takes so much guts to share this! OMG!! I felt so much pain looking at you bc of the bruises. I'm glad you are better and that you feel better. I am a Christian and very conservative but as a teenager I remember always feeling that I didn't have enough in the chest area so I can understand why you did the first surgery and the second procedure. I just pray you are better soon.
You look absolutely amazing Lydia 🤩 I recently celebrated my (18th 😂) birthday and had an English tea party with sandwiches, brownies, tea and macarons, oh and of course scones. It looked so pretty and had been a vision of mine for quite some time. I forgot to take a photo of the table 🙈 Even my German friends enjoyed it. Happy birthday lovely Lydia 🤩
Beautiful hair Lydia! 👩🦱 Try the heatless waves by misting your hair first with water, or damp hair, and allow to dry naturally or use a cool diffuser. It would set the waves better.x 😊
I have to say, after having a mastectomy before of grade 3 breath cancer, I have considering reconstruction (only 1 boob for the last 3 years). May it is not that bad. I went back to work 2 days after the mastectomy as it was a good way to not focus on it.

after my reduction, i had swelling for about nine months. so over time you will definitely see changes and see a reduction in swelling and they will settle a lot more.
Your best years are created by you. So, it doesn't matter if you are in your 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, ... you create the year, you manifest every year to be your best year ever. Come on, girl, you get it, right? Do not box your best years into one decade. This life is yours, and if you have a terrible year, it's nobody's fault but yours; just as if you have a great year, that too is on you. Your slacks are very Katherine Hepburn; I love them. That green you chose is perfect for the wall. I have already forgotten what the name of the color is. Anyway, it looks delightful. Did you know you called your cat a sausage? LOL. How fun, everyone out for a walk to the bee housing. Delightful! The perfect ending to any day is a cozy lounge by the fireplace ... home sweet home.
I turned 36 today and it actually was quite sunny and warm. Usually it's chilly so I'm hoping your birthday is sunny and bright. 🎉❤
I had a reduction one year ago and OMG loving my smaller perkier boobs , it’s so nice to fit into anything now oh yes im 60 yrs young lol never to old ♥️

Lydia, I am old enough to be your Mom but I throughly enjoy your videos. I enjoy, makeup, gardening, fashion, jewelry is my favorite, I love decorating my home and the funny thing is most of my home has sage colored trim with lots of different types of woodwork which is very similar to yours. and I have two little dogs. About 10 years ago I had a breast reduction and it was the best thing I did for myself. It made a huge difference with how my back felt and my self esteem. I am happy for you that you finally allowed yourself to get your breasts fixed. It amazes me how long we will put something off that will make us feel better in the long run. Yes, surgery is painful and there is a healing process but it is so worth it in the end. I felt like a new woman and no one should ever make someone feel badly if they do something that fixes a problem or you just want to have it because you can and it is bothering you.
There was one very good thing that came out of my surgery. I had tried to get it done years before but my insurance excluded reductions which is ridiculous but it turned out to be a blessing because before you have a reduction you have to have a clear mama gram which mine was but when they sent off the tissue to two cancer centers they both found early breast cancer. It was found the earliest it could be detected. Fortunately I only required radiation and I am cancer free since 2012.
Keep being you and it is so enjoyable watching you grow as a young woman. Country living has done wonders for you and Ali, you glow all of the time!😊

I’m am definitely going to have mine fixed. I can’t believe how much “ones chest” can make a person feel. So I get it when you say you did it to yourself - it’s the same when someone tells me that I should be happy as I fed my child. At the end of the day it’s our lives and if something makes us live our best life then DO IT!!!!!!!

Ooo, water marks are not good. If you haven't already, definitely check for mold. Remediation is EXPENSIVE, and the faster you catch it, the better. I'm in the States, so prices will probably differ, but about 5 years ago, I had to have some mold remediation done on a condo after the former owners HVAC broke and leaked in the attic. A 4ft×3ft area cost over $10k to fix professionally, and it was bad enough that had to be fixed professionally. I'm sure that you and Ali are on top of everything, but I just thought I'd mention it just in case there's someone else who needed the info. Much love from across the pond❤. Ps the green color is lovely, and I hope Ken comes back to help you out. I always loved seeing him in your videos; he has an excellent sense of humor!

I actually know exactly what you mean saying you feel like yourself. I just had a breast reduction myself (two months ago) and I’ve never felt more like myself than I do now. Just so, so right :)
Hi Lydia- instead of painting, consider doing a wallpaper near where your handbags are next to the mirrors. Something “foresty” 🌱 with green leaves will be fun and you won’t get tired of it. It will add some unexpected interest to those sloped walls and it won’t darken up the room If it’s on a white or cream background. It would look amazing with brass or black accessories like trays for jewelry or pots for plants etc. Good luck with the decorating- I love that you’re changing it up- your dressing room is your sanctuary afterall 😊

My birthday is July 25th and I am Greek so all my birthday pics are at the beach. But I remember once, in Germany, it snowed on my birthday. It was the craziest thing. It became one of the weird family stories

I'm using silicone scar tape and finding it immensely helpful. I may also try the cream. The scars definitely fade over time, my cousin said it was hard to find hers. So that's encouraging.
Lydia I don’t know if you can get this in the UK but in the US there is a product that will minimize the look of scars called Bio oil. They recommend it for surgery scars and pregnancy stretch marks and the like. Try that if you can get it in the UK.
Did you do something different with your makeup (when you're wearing the striped sweater in the kitchen telling us about the tile samples)?? Your eyelashes/eye make-up looks AMAZING! So natural and fluttery!

Hi I had a mastectomy and Implant on left breast 12 Years ago not a successful outcome I wish this fat transfer was around then I am 70 now so dont think I would go through surgery again So happy for you also I wish we could get Beautie Pie in Australia Xxx🥰❤❤❤
