Jimmy, I was sick for over a week and missed a week of church. I went to church today and I was really blessed. I hate missing church. I am sining in a Cantada called Three Kings. It’s my first time ever being asked to sing in a Cantada and I am so excited. We’re doing the Cantada next Sunday evening and I am so looking forward to it. Wednesday night we’re having the Awana children doing their Christmas special. I’m looking forward to that, then on Thursday night we’re having our last practice night. It’s going to be a busy week. I’m excited.

Jimmy, Saying Prayers for Chris and You and Family, Mary Lynn didn't pass away in my arms on the 24th of November of this year from a infection and Leukemia she sent me home on Saturday at noon to go home which is 3 hours away from Vanderbilt in Nashville, TN. Our son drove 19 hours from Odessa, Texas Where he is working right now he missed Mary Lynn by 37 minutes. I was driving back to Nashville when the doctor called and asked me if I was driving that was 9:17 am he asked me to pull over and told me that she passed away at 9:15 am .It was a very hard on me because I wasn't there. She sent me home on Saturday at noon and she called a pastor friend of ours and talked to him for over a hour . My mother passed away from cancer I was holding her right hand and our son was holding her left hand. I felt so so helpless that was June 6, 2017. Right now I'm taking it day by day since Mary Lynn passed away yes I'm feeling lost,empty, heart broken , Mary Lynn and were together for 40 years and married for 28 years on September 6,1996. Thank Y'all for all Your Prayers since she passed away and God Bless Y'all, Tim Kaylynn, James, Lauren.
We need to be taking or children to church, not just sending them. Sometimes, we seem to have the idea that church is just for kids. My parents always took us to church. That set an example for me. Fell last year in November, took 8 months to find out that I have a torn rotator cuff….went thru physical therapy for 6 weeks….Surgeon said since I have good strength he will put off talking to me about surgery until Feb. In the mean time my friend who is my age 77 had rotator cuff surgery last month…came home…next day she died. So I am going to pass on the surgery unless absolutely necessary. i am still continuing my exercises at home.

I agree with Mr. Houston. Go to a good church that teaches the truth from the Bible. The true plan of salvation. Read Acts 2:38. You must be born again. Except a man be born again he cannot see nor enter the kingdom of God. Jesus said you must be born again. Repent of your sins, be baptized in Jesus name and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. It will make a difference in your life.
