gotta love how this is mostly the intended purpose of the module: making healers actually capable of outhealing dps and making his self healing matter a little more what i ended up seeing a lot of was him becoming a solo operator because of how good his talent is while S2 is active

But he does get better with Gladiia wdym. Huge dmg reduction and health percentage based healing are not bad effects.

I think Mlynar and Degenbrecher are still slightly better overall, but Ulpianus is definitely top 3 guards and the best guard pick in IS5.
All these clears don't even have Gladiia. Ulpian is nuts.
