I bought this game for christmas despite all the negative videos that have been made. I really dont know where the hate comes from cos i can't keep off it. There's so much to do. im propper enjoying it...
Nice Review and preview , i have been hesitant , till i saw your prospective on the detail of the game . I've been looking for a nice Change from Starfield , and now i think I'm ready for it . Thanks for the time you took to explain it all !
@@yaggatv5998"Meaningful" is usually used for things that make life richer: bringing up a family, dedicating oneself to learning a craft or skill, volunteering in your community etc. You're not going to find anything meaningful in a video game. It's fun, that's all it needs to be.
@@Nonius9 It's basically all of the Kijimi gear you can find throughout the game. Jacket, trousers and boots. Each one is at a different intel location. Always check the computers and data consoles scattered throughout the game.
Spoiler warning!! IMO, a lot of the negativity is from players' unmet expectations of what the game should have been compared to what it is. I believe the haters expected a much more cutthroat, ruthless environment (like seen on the Andor series or Mandalorian series) and received the equivalent of Skeleton Crew. And I really, really like Skeleton Crew. 😀😀However, I knew the kids were not going to be killed or sold in slavery or never get back home. Nothing "bad" was going to happen to them. In the same way, the player can never have Kay perform a "bad" act. What if Kay could betray Waka (before Waka betrayed Kay) or if Kay could betray the rebels as revenge for leaving her behind (after ND-5 was fixed)? What if Kay could have allied with the Empire (as teased in the epilogue when she helps her mother escape)? The devs even created a full ISB outfit for Kay! 👚 As for me, I am quite satisfied with the game environment and available choices. I believe it is a very, very good game. However, I understand the frustration of players who wanted Kay to walk on the Dark Side.
@@danielmchugh918 I don't follow other peoples reviews so luckily I missed the negative response. I did start playing the game a day before the stealth update and noticed a considerable improvement right away. I'm not a fan of fans getting to accept or not accept Star Wars canon, the same with Lord of the Rings. Let the new creators give it their best shot. My philosophy is if it's not something I didn't enjoy then I probably won't review it. Slating things which people didn't like is a bit of a waste of time in my view. If I enjoyed it, I'll review it.
@@AshsVlog2024 I agree with you. The clipping issues, stealth issues, floating issues, etc., were all corrected. What recent big release hasn't had a quick series of patches and fixes? 😀 I became somewhat interested in finding out why an undercurrent of resentment follows this game so I am viewing positive and negatives reviews. BTW, I thought your review was very thorough and I hope your channel grows.
Tips: If you die and restart from quicksave point, you will lose a lot of credits from your account! Only normal - manual game saves! I bought it 3 days ago. After the PC patches, it's a playable, good, fun game!
@@Donscottgaming I've only played Jedi: Fallen Order, the first one which I absolutely loved. Very different in flavour. In Outlaws you are playing in a setting which doesn't encapture The Force. Think the adventures of Han Solo. Both excellent games.
@AshsVlog2024 Ah, okay. I understand. Yeah, I really loved playing both "Fallen Order" and "Survivor". Two great games. Thanks for your input, friend. Much appreciated! 🙂
I love Star Wars Outlaws I payed £119.99 Star Wars Outlaws Ultimate Edition Early Access For My Microsoft Xbox Series X and I don't regret it. It's got a great story fantastic immersion great gameplay and a good variety of different play styles the music they absolutely knocked it out the park each planet is so different in its look atmosphere and lore no location looks the same outdoors or indoors space stations they all look different no copy and paste at all which is rare for a game these days and with the updates it just keeps getting better this to me is GOTY 100%.
I probably wouldn't have enjoyed this game before they changed the instant fail on being spotted. I am terrible at stealth so it's good that the mission continues after I mess it all up. Really enjoying it 20 hours in, for sure the best star wars game since tie fighter
I haven't played Outlaws but I've seen somethings that are definitely not good, but the game looks enjoyable. The hate is simply because it's an Ubisoft game, and the toxic gamer community hates Ubisoft because yes.
@@ROCKNROLL947 Absolutely. I was warned off a ubisoft game before. Ghost Recon Wildlands, it ended up being the game I sunk the most hours into. Loved it and was the top tier in the world at one point for the stats 😂😂😂🌍 Ruthlessly addictive but enjoyable all the same. For an intelligent and original set of games I can recommend Alan Wake and Control. These I've recently completed and enjoyed.
@AshsVlog2024 I haven't played GR, but it doesn't look bad. In my case I'm Assassin's Creed fan and they have made fantastic games, so that's why I say the hate is because yes, haha
I think people didn’t like the game because a lot of them rushed. Not taking the time to explore, do side content and truly experience the game. I want to preference this by saying I do not own the game however I am considering buying it when it goes on sale. After the most recent update I’m hopeful that I’ll have a nice experience.

I am having a great time with it. I am doing lots of side missions and progressing through the story slowly. I am hoping for NG+ being added.

@AshsVlog2024 no problem. I think it's the triangle button that brings you to the "change appearance" screen.
