This is really interesting because I can relate my other practices to Shabala. In Christianity, they call it the Kingdom of Heaven it is actually the same as Shabala. In Raja Yoga they called supreme soul or God or light. These all are not one but one and the same the only difference is what different people name it. Perfect peace and harmony is the same as in Christianity called union with God.
