good camera,BUT the live stream goes off,and replaced by 4 bars,so i would say to get a live stream you need to purchase cloud storage.is that the case.if so going back tomorrow.
I bought one of these cameras and I’ve had nothing but problems. It shows me the video display and after five minutes, the camera goes to sleep and it says not connected. The battery shows OK. Reached out for technical assistance and haven’t heard back for several days until this morning . Sending it back to Amazon today.
Are you sure it's not shutting down automatically to save battery? It's supposed to only activate once it detects movement. Then it connects to the network again and lets you know.

correction i had set it up wrong,i got intouch with support,who got back too me,and sorted it out.working great now,good camera.

Hey Mark I had the same problem. I had to delete the app and then reinstall it again and it fixed my issue.
Try that and retest.
Does it have a rechargeable battery inside? Or how does it stay on 24/7
