I'm not an orbit but I was so happy knowing they won and were finally free from BBC I literally almost screamed I hope them the best of luck with their new companys and more success with their careers. I hope we get to see all 12 of them on stage soon!

That doesn't stop them from being a group again because groups like wjsn are co-managed by yuehua and Starship, two different companies, but I am keeping my hopes low, so I'm not disappointed
@@EmblavonEinzbern Not invalidating your point (Mamamoo is another example), but I'm curious if Yuehua still has fingers in WJSN, now that all Chinese members have left? I can't find any mention of WJSN on yhfamily artist list, or album list.

They are still being managed by yuehua despite the Chinese members not being in the group anymore because the Chinese members may have been trainees at yuehua, but the entire group debuted under yuehua and Starship, and there hasn't been any confirmation of this changing

@@AmadanMathI doubt they do wjsn is fully a starship grp now since like 2019 and more so recently when xuanyi meiqi and chengxiao did not resign the contract with starship yuehua doesn’t have a reason to still have ties with wjsn since yuehua was there only because the cline were under yuehua

I didn’t even realise that it’s been so long since chuu filed her lawsuit, They went through a lot to leave that one hell of a company! That’s just so crazy. bbc decided to mistreat these 12 gems and I guess karma played back. So happy for all my 12 angles🤗 god bless!
Hearing this news is certainly a relief. Given that Chuu is in a different agency with Heejin, Kimlip, Jinsoul and Yerim. As well as Hyunjin and Vivi, will they reunite as a 12-member Loona with the last 5 members free?
I hope we don't have to wait too long to see Loona reunite and succeed.
Chuu is at one company, oddeye+heejin are at a company, and hyunjin and vivi are at another company. They aren’t together. There’s already 3 companies in the picture

Chuu is at atrp heejin lippie jinsoul and Choerry Are with Jaden Jeong at modhaus while Hyunvi is under ctd ent considering both ctd and modhaus CEOs were part of loona project and seem keen to reunite the grp reunion isn’t that far as far as I can see atrp seems to only handling chuu as a soloist her variety show has a diff team and atrp is sort of a cover company for chuu

modhaus managed to get the right to the “odd eye circle” name so im sure its possible for them to get the name, i just don’t know how they’d use it since they are split into different labels for the moment
I hurd they could legally use loona because it’s just the English version of their Korean name
They can use loona just not the Korean form bbc does not have the rights to the Eng name

If we really can't get them under the same company then i just hope the remaining 1/3 girls + yeojin since heejin is in modhaus can join the same company as hyunjin and vivi and the remaining yyxy girls can join chuu's company
so at the very least we can get the subunits back. And if we get lucky we can see them back together even with different managements kind of how girl's generation did
since modhaus is tryna copyright yyxy, its possible that yyxy members have discussed signing to modhaus. idk about olivia hye tho, her social media absence is puzzling.

SO from what I've gathered, LOOSSEMBLE and ODD EYE CIRLCLE are with CTDENM and MODHAUS respectively who are founded by former directors from BBC who left years before BBC management went to shite. Sounds like these directors were responsible for forming the group and its original concept so it's highly likely we get a continuation of the lore and comebacks as a full unit.
If SNSD can do it, so can LOONA

My guess is CTD will scoop up Haseul and maybe another member or two and redebut 1/3 with a new name. Maybe we'll see someone else join Modhaus to debut solo, or go to another agency entirely. I'm not that familiar with all the members, I don't know if anyone has said they wanted to try that or maybe get into acting?
@@user-ce4bd6sx1t also we saw how BBC went after chuu claiming she conspired to leave for another company prior to her lawsuits. if all the loona members went to one agency it would be inviting BBC to sue them with the claim that MODHAUS tried to get them to sue for a better deal or smthn.

Keep some hope! There’s been groups in the past who are signed under different labels that have been able to have reunions at least :) I firmly believe we’ll be able to see them all together at least once more, they love orbits too much to allow anything else to happen 💖

I'm not an Orbit, I started listening to Loona thanks to Heejin, ViVi and Haseul; but I'm glad the 12 are free now and I will listen to their projects if they decide to continue with their idol career.

Nobody wants to split their money 12 ways, that's crazy, Chuu is very happy taking all the money 4 herself, the other 4 who signed wit modhaus are cool with a 4 way split instead of 12, All I see are dollar signs. Lets never split our money 12 ways again. Fans don't think or care about the financial sacrifice these artist make when they're apart of a group with more than 5 people.

They couldn't use the name Loona because it belongs to Blockberry so in a sense Loona is no more, but all members still could join together for a new collaborative project.

Happy for them. Sadly they will never get their music rights. And if they magically did get the rights, to be honest they probably won’t ever perform as 12 again. Multiple companies!? hell no!. I think fans wanted to see 12 members work together as a group. Not soloists or units. Dissatisfied. I still hope they will combeck together soon. As for me, I came to Loona because of Chuu at the beginning but I stopped watching her channel recently I donno why. May be I feel she tends to go solo. I think I loved Loona not individual members.
well it was their decision to sign to different companies, no matter how much fans beg, the members are still the ones making the choices here, all we can do is wait and see if they will reunite, but until then let's keep supporting loona and their members on their future endeavors
