  • Learn all about the Audience in Gauntlgrym adventure from the Out of the Abyss campaign for D&D 5e. I discuss the adventure type, setting, level range (as written), and a brief--but not too spoilery--summary of the adventure. I'll tell you the things I like the best about the adventure, the most common enemies your players will face (again, as written), and what the most challenging encounter of the adventure is for most parties.
Then I go beyond the adventure as written. I give you some ideas on how you could use the adventure in a homebrew campaign of your own (at least one or two options--in your game, you use what and how you want to) that is maybe different from the adventure as written. I also give some ideas on how easy or difficult it would be to transpose the adventure from one edition of the game to another. Hopefully, this discussion adds some valuable information for your DM's toolbox.
