I would like to kindly disagree with the guy on the left about Ravages of War. Commander players have gone soft, and I'm glad more copies now exist. Magic is a back and forth coversation of problems and answers at its core, and it shouldn't always be baby town frolics and magical christmas land. It's just a strong card that asks the question of wether or not your opponents have built decks with answers or the ability to bounce back. If you're not ahead on board it's actually pretty bad. Some people HATE infinites.. at least those end games. This can often result in resetting a game without winning. I get it. However, if your priority is to pull out a win with a bad deck. This doesn't hurt. The effect/cost/color is quite classic.
Exactly! I don’t mind MLD as long as you can end the game relatively quickly afterwards. Defensively played though… it’s miserable
