The Synchronicity Wave has to be one of the most overpowered and disgustingly broken abilities in fiction. Only DC could have something like that.

Synchronicity Wave, aka, the most powerful armor in all of fiction...plot armor.
He also forfeited those Powers getting rid of his brothers soul. Which was kind of a ship move since his brother's ghost was not bothering him just kind of tagging along.
You didnt address the other side of Constantine's luck. Yes he is always in the right place at the right time but it always comes at a cost. John would defeat DOOM in the end but it would cost him absolutely EVERYTHING.
Remember that John is the evil twin.

Okay, that's a good point but what ever cost will be, he will have to pay it after his work is done (which in this case is winning against doom).
More importantly, his luck is not due to some magic or his demon blood, it due him being a laughing magician, which is his family heritage.

Depends on the situation. In comics or media he s just a human. With demon blood transfused into him at some point though, but same .
Doom would find a way to beat himself. Doom is always a god in the making with the hubris to match.
Im a huge Doom fan but i think Constantine has this. Constantine is too sneaky and out plays cosmic beings and Doom relies on his tech more than in magic in most cases.
Also his tech is modified to deal with magic. Also Constantine is a pretty smart cookie but I really don’t think that he could outsmart doom. Cosmic beings are out of touch, doom also has a habit of outsmarting them.

Wow. A lot of people don't understand how Constantine's luck works.
Neather he does. He absolutley exagerated his synchronicity wave travelling. He uses the ability on a very basic level instinctually, as it was really his unborn brother who was meant to control it, being the golden boy. It does not make John invinicible by anymeans, just gives him some extra luck sometimes, as he is not always walking through it, and makes him inmune to omniscience.

His luck effect was from his unborn brother..And never had them all at the same time..Match sticks wear from the tree life and he had only 3 and used them. if you keep using all powers he ever had but not at one time it be like Dr with God power beyonder power and Vibranum Power and... I don't think the ovoid mind transfer would work on Constantine at all but even if it did he should still have the Synchronicity wave. It's more like a way of living than something do with his body or anything.

Imagine that ability in a game like Injustice... you could drive people completely insane 😂😂 somebody tell NetherRealm, Constantine needs to be in IJ3 (and yeah, I know the characters aren't at their full power in the games, but it could still be awesome to watch him casually stomp a beast like Doomsday 😂)

I'm curious... How did Constantine get the Synchronicity Wave? Also considering how good Doctor Doom has proven in changing things (separating the Hulk from Banner, curing the Thing, etc)... If he found out how Constantine came across the Wave, could he find a way to counter and/or block it? I admit that I don't know enough about it to say anything for sure, but am just curious.

Force fields. Doctor Strange coud not transport Doom into a dimenson and Magneto's magnetisem coud not affect him while he was in his force fields. They survived blasts of Silestials. And Doom coud simply send Constantine to the end of worlds with time transport.
and yeah, energy absorption is build in Doom's armor, and he has device he invented to steal other powers, if you wach the absurd power of doom you should now that
Doom's force fields have protected him from magic before. And he can fire while they are on. Doom also have the ability to block other's powers

I think you're underselling Pre-retcon Beyonder's powers a lot. He has arguably more feats than Michael and Lucifer combined, and his power level seems to be on par with TOAA or The Presence, only difference being that Beyonder has actual feats to back up that power. Additionally, Constantine's luck doesn't always save him. Look at Doomsday Clock, where Manhattan (basically a nerfed Beyonder) made quick work of everyone, including Constatine himself. John also seems to struggle against non magical/celestial beings.
Moreover, you're also giving Dr Doom some prep time! The guy has done the impossible, and I'm sure he can come up with a few ways of countering Constantine's arsenal in one way or the other. No that he really needs to, as John's actual power level doesn't even come close to some of the beings Doom has fought before. Most of his feats really come down to trickery, outsmarting or manipulating gods (and other similar beings), something that Doom can easily see through. Plus, Doom has done similar things before using only his intelect.
Doom with prep time could potentially upgrade his Hex Nullifier to counter the synchronicity wave (I just realized I sounded like those prep-time Batman fanboys, I'm sorry). While I agree the synchronicity wave would give Constantine the edge against a base Doom, he cannot dream in outsmarting someone like Victor with prep.
Anyway, these are my thoughts. Great video anyway. Would be cool if you could make "The Absurd Powers of Green Lantern Hal Jordan". He does have some of the most impressive feats out there.
Pre ret Beyonder is most definitely not on the level of Lucifer or Michael at all. Something you have to realise is that anything beyond the Monitor Sphere in DC essentially just claps all of Marvel because of the huge differences in each of their cosmologies. But lets say I granted you that Beyonder = The Presence that still wouldn't help him. Did you miss the part where Constantine depowered a presence level being using a match? Constantine takes on presence level opponents all the time. Even without his gear he still stomps and I'll elaborate on why.
As for Dr Manhattan he would beat this Doom too but that's not how the synchronicity wave works. Constantine only rides the wave of fate, that doesn't mean bad things can't happen to him, they absolutely can. He wont die or suffer any kind of catastrophic loss ever though unless something actually overpowers the synchronicity wave. That's how batman can punch him but not the Spectre because Batmans punch wasn't going to be a negative for Constantine and the Spectre would have killed him.
Doom has never been able to do anything on the level you are implying and not with this particular kind of hax either. The powers of the laughing magician (the synchronicity wave) literally exist as the ultimate fuck you to rules all the way up to The Presence. Doom can't just whip up something in his lab to disable that, never-mind that he would be fated not to do this as a result of the ability itself. Plus Constantine has way better prep feats than Doom already, so whatever random headcanon prep you are going to grant Doom would just be worse than whatever Constantine brings anyway. Like I said in the video the Primer Mover is one of Dooms best accomplishments something he was only barely able to achieve and for Constantine fate hax on that level would be a disappointing Tuesday.

Beyonder nearly got killed by the Phoenix Force and pre recton Dr Strange . Both of whom Constantine can Scale above thanks to the fact An amped Swamp Thing can't do crap to him and Swamp things powers are superior to the 5th Dimension which is close to the White Hot room in terms of structure.

You're crazy to think Doom would lose a fight to Constantine. You get a draw or no contest before Doom takes an L to someone batman knocked smooth the fuck out. Discounting Dooms character to analyze and not just go for hacks. He would definitely see the magical prowess and cunning and simply punch the shit outta John. I think Doom has this...Reasons
1. Doom Always has his Bots who are exactly like him in every way do his work, meaning if One of these Bots would come into Contact and lose to Constantine, he'd see how he works and maneuver around him.
2. Doom has been on God Tier level a few Times and said that it was Beneath Him. (Probably because it was to Easy for him.)
3. His Magic side is as Good as His Techy science side, he was even considered in line as Sorcerer Supreme if something ever happened to Strange.
Doom is Just on a Whole Different Level. But that's just my thoughts
This is clearly biased, the fight between base Constantine and base Dr Doom is much closer than what he made it seem.
Then when we give Doom the Beyonder's power this becomes an overkill. Constantine has no chance againt power on the level of infinite dimensionality where reality becomes the very whims of Doom.

I'm pretty sure Doom has immense magical powers on par with a sorcerer supreme(if not more), so to say Doom can not affect Constantine because of "magic" is ignorant.
Higher power means your magic is more likely to take affect.
That is the point. Constantine himself doesn't really have great magical power in the begin with. Constantine literally scorn people that use magic to do flashy things because he knows there is nothing in the world is free, and every magic has it cost. But despite all of that, all magical (and smart non magical) beings in the whole DC universe rather have no business with Constantine if possible. There is scene in Books of Magic comic book when the entire room full of world most dangerous mages attempting to harm Zatanna and Tim Hunter, 2 of DC's strongest mages, with no fear, but they ended up ran away asap when Constantine showing up at the door. This is not about who had the biggest firepower, but that simply about how dangerous Constantine really is when it counts. Most of the fight he won are by outsmarting the enemy, rendering the enemies abilities useless or even using their power against themselves.
Also Constantine have curse that make everyone that have business with him, are fated to die. The records are quite impressive, since one of that victim, apparently, is the god/presence himself.
@@RyuukishinoKain In a death battle Doom would win 9/10. The 1 time he would lose is because of "hacks". The video is not a death battle just a 1 to 1 of what powers they have and how Constantine could run away from Doom.

He is a "Laughing Magician", which people with bloodline that destined to smack gods and magical beings in the face and spits on them as they fall. All people that carrying the name Constantine in DC universe destroyed gods and enslaving them for the lulz. It is like asking Buffy the Vampire Slayer to do the death battle with vampires, that is what she literally do best. Constantine will cheat, lie and manipulate everything to escape death.
The best chance for Doom is actually non life threatening game, like poker or bar brawl, which something that not really matter.

And that is not even true, because in that case the death battle would remove healing factor, teleportation, immortality, unremovable existence, omni presence, etc because that is some form of cheating death. Also Doom got outwitted by Reed Richard most of the time, so that is also not true either.
Constantine literally outsmarted gods, demon and even person with omni-presence. I guess that alone put him out of Doom's paycheck range.

If one punch man can't lose, then why does anyone watch the anime?
It's not as simple as the video makes it out to be. In the Constantine comics, he often has some special knowledge, an item, or something that his antagonist wants from him. His stories often play out like whodunits, mysteries, which give him time to manipulate, trick, and pull off the long con.

VS are set outside any particular story or arc so plot armor in the form of plot contrivances do not apply, powers that merely facilitate similar results do however, it is also unfair to say all heroes have plot armor, half the time they fight each other anyway, at other times the plot weakens them, like Superman not catching up to bullets in time to create a tragic moment in For Tomorrow, villains also get thick plot armor so that they can continue to stick around, plot-armor is a meaningless argument on several levels

@@397llederson6 None of that is relevant to the VS context and as I said different from Constantines power, again villains also come back from Impossible circumstances and amass massive power again, neither side wins conclusively, it is a constantly shifting tug of war, the Omega Beam also was not meant to kill Batman but sent him back intime as a bomb, they are also just one of many powers and there are plenty of entities above Darkseid

It seems to me The Prime Mover & The Synchonicty Wave would cancel eathother out.
I have disagree with this outcome.
They wouldn't cancel eachother out for several reasons, for one The Prime Mover creates a future for you based on Dooms Will where as the Synchronicity Wave directly takes your already preordained fate and completely ignores it giving you exactly what you most need instead.
More importantly though the Synchronicity Wave just works on a way higher level, the Primer Mover only affected one universe but the Synchronicity Wave subverts The Presences plan and works throughout all creation in general. It also works on beings like Lucifer Morningstar and The Spectre who can effect all of creation in DC which contains many infinities of universes as well as numerous transcendent realms beyond the multiverse entirely.

John Constantine doesn't fight to win he fights so his enemies lose...even if he has to screw over everything and everyone else... sometimes himself included no matter how hard the enemy is with that willingness to do just about anything to win along with his ruthless cunning all his enemies die because they won't do the one thing he can do screw themselves and for go their own ambitions to beat him
And let's not forget with the number of beings who want John dead makes him paranoid and want to be prepared for anything at all times

If he could go toe to toe with BLIGHT in terms of physical power then he'd accidentally kill Doom just by existing.

Doom is extremely high into Marvel, and from what I've heard the most powerful characters in Marvel wouldn't even scratch characters weaker than Constantine

Constantine and his Synchronicity Wave have always been way for crap writers to say "Oh he just beats that too" power that never made sense. Lazy writing with what could be a awesome character.
It basically just highlights and gives a name to bs writing DC tends to have that allows characters to beat opponents they shouldn't feasibly be able to. (Marvel does it too though not as blatantly)
The presentation matters. Most of Hellblazer are quite compelling stories and not at all feels like a lazy writing. Sure he got everything in the end in every possible way, but I wouldn't call it easy. He basically went through hell, and quite literally on some occasion.
