I wasent able to relax on my honeymoon 10 days off was to much, I was having really bad anxiety by day 6. Its interesting how difficult it can be to relax when your always gogogo. Its a bad sign, you actually need to practice relaxation to let your body actually rest. I recommend practicing daily meditation.
