Q15- Sir with regard to the question on Social and Economic justice...it is highlighted in preamble and explicity stated in article 38 of DPSP but in article 21 under FR it is also stated that under right to life and personal liberty there is an implicit right on social and economic justice. {source - laxmikanth}
Sir, in the 3rd statement of question number 8 it says that parliament cannot amend the provisions which form the basic structure of the Indian Constitution. How it can be true, because parliament can amend the articles according to the need without changing the basic structure. Kindly make a reply of this sir.
