I love love love the bottle stopper especially. The Militaria finds and jewelry are the extra cool bonus finds!! The marbles and bottles are always the wonderful fun finds!!
You can spot the most amazing things! I am not as good with at finding things. My son will always find something I lost. I guess we all have different talents. Beautiful finds keep finding the wonderful things you do. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💜
Am loving the captions for items that are found. Have you sorted the marbles you have found and been able to do any research on them? Waiting to see if you have put things into your well and what you will pull out! Looked like a beautiful leather purse. The company name plate is a treasure. Was it from war time or before. Will have you doing the Nicola thing and researching the history. How long ago do you believe the city dumped waste on the foreshore? Why did they not bury it? Love that you do not hurry from a spot unless the tide is chasing you. There is so much to look at! I can now understand why you do not worry about not finding something every time you go out. Be safe out there and stay warm.😊
Hi MadelineRose, city garbage was dumped here during the wars up to 1970. Nobody cared these days. I have no time at all to research my finds. I have a friend in London who helps me out. And Nicola is working on a fantastic story, related to some shards, that we found. And she has another 100 things to do! Thnx for your kind wishes, MB.
When you have mudlark for so many years you build up a large collection already. You must become picky as to what you bring home so that you don't start overloading on repetitive items.
You have a Blvd o' Broken Things, and so also need to name a beach Rubbadub Square. Never see you around docks much , Aad ~I would enjoy walking just behind your larks and seeing what ye'd rejected.🧞♂🧑🦯🧑🦯🧑🦯 Maybe stick some little line flags flags flags at spots where you pick up a marble and I'd check em from all other vantages. Stay great!
Always fascinating to see what someone Eskisehir sees and values. You are a marble magnet. So impressed.
Nice finds today! Thanks for taking us along.
Loved your 'boulevard of broken things' 😆
