Any recommendations on how to fly with these tube lights? The best option I can find is Pelican 1700 for 2' lights. But I may have to cut the foam after I spend more than $400, or store the PavoTube with the carry bag as is in the case; however, that would leave lots of empty space not filled

I have finally found someone who really pinpoint THE detail that influences which model to buy. 1000x Thank you.
The fact that the X series does not need the installation clip

Thanks Vistek for another great post! Let's hope that this year the different lighting manufacturers enable their devices to be controlled with all available apps! My wish for 2023!

Thanks Artort.tv! Question: what do you mean by that? I only ask because as long as a light is DMX compatible, it already is. With DMX/CMRX you can run either Lumenair or Blackout and control thousands of fixtures completely independent of brand or model. Because of this, it’s unlikely anyone would create an app that BT controls all lights. BT isn’t a very good technology in respect to lighting. It requires line of sight, and can disconnect very easily. This isn’t a big issue with owner/ops and a small fixture set, but it a mega issue on time critical jobs or areas with lots of frequency interference. I’m 100% open to being wrong about my prediction - but if thing you’re hoping for hasn’t happened yet, there is likely a good reason.

@@vistek If you work with different lights from Apurture and their App Sidus Link or with Small Rigs Lights you can only use their called SmallGoGo ..
