I have just completed Certificate Course in Russian Language from IGNOU this year and I have scored above 90% in the term end examination. To me it is a great personal achivement since I have a deep-rooted interest in the language and culture , and I want to move further with it.
No classes no important questions I saw previous year questions paper all are different I mean all the questions are different in all the previous years papers
Those who score 90% in IGNOU usually are from the regions were the students always score high regardless. And assignments are given marks super graciously in those regions. I have a certain extended experience with IGNOU as i completed my BSc, MA Psychology and MA English from IGNOU only. I have come to realise that if you are appearing from regions down South India upto Mumbai and Pune, the marking is strictly done and usually even high scoring students fall within the range of 60-70% with very few cases >75%. Despite a great deal of hardwork in MA English i could only score 60% from Mumbai centre, though i firmly believe i could've easily scored more elsewhere. I completed my MA English whilst serving in Navy in 2021 & qualified UGC NET with JRF in first attempt recently 🙂
scoring 90+% seems so fantastic I could only score 72% in MA ENGLISH from IGNOU and that too with a lot of hard work. I also qualified JRF this time .. So I guess it makes sense that different regions have different evaluation standards so some get 90+% But I think in any case, it’s not ideal for any masters course esp in English to be able to score that high.. To me it just says the evaluation standards are lower in those regions which must absolutely be made uniform
Ma'am told to write 3pages for 20marks wala questions In IGNOU we get only 13pages(26 age piche lgake) wala answer sheet which enables us to write only 4answers. How are we supposed to write the last answer???
Yes, if you score 55% (for general category) or 50% (for reserved categories) in Post Graduation, then you can go for UGC NET and if you clear the competitive examination then you can definitely become an assistant professor in Indian colleges/universities. Thanks.

Mam I do have a issue. Tip 2 you suggest, in my 1st yr of bpsc i score only 58, 57 in subjectS which i have studied Very well, explain everything which flowcharts , relevent answers, intro body and conclusion part but i score only this much marks... Even i fill all sheets with relevent contain... But in my end exams i was not that much to the point to contain. So i write whatever comes to my mind. Agar aap karte b ho to yaad rakhna exam centre wahi pe rakh na, jaha lineant aur achi marking hoti hai. Mera khud 1st year hai, results nahi nikle abhi, to muje khud nahi pata result kise niklega. All i will say, is 10 days ek subject ko minimum dena boht ache se. 60-70% milega
