So 'Bbangsaz' has two meanings:
One directly refers to the year they're born in
The number 0 is generally pronounced as 'young' in Korean, but there are, in fact, more ways to pronounce it, which one of them is 'bbang'
It's an informal, quite old-ish, and at the same time, cutesy way to pronounce, and surprisingly, its origin is unknown; we ourselves don't even know where that came from, unlike the other informal pronunciation, 'gong', which means 'ball' that has a similar circular form as the number zero; it's similar to how it is referred to as the alphabet 'O' in English
Also, like what the other reply says, 'sa' in Korean means 4
Therefore, 'bbangsaz' directly translates to '04z'
Another meaning expresses their love for bread
'Bbangsa' is a short form of '빵을 사랑하는- [Bbangeul saranghaneun-]', meaning 'Bread-Loving'
They took two of the first words, '빵 [bbang]' and '사 [sa]', and combined them to create a shortened form, as '빵사 [bbangsa]'
It's a pretty common way of creating shortened words in Korea
To wrap up, the direct translation of 'Bbangsaz' would be '04z' and 'BLz' (it sounds weird, but yea)
