I think you have falsely information...the real teacup poodle dog is exist but the real teacup size is rare..you will difficult to find the real teacup...they are healthy like the toy size...the "teacup" that you say suffer is the fake teacup who abused by their breeder who wants them to be small..this fake teacup usually have health problem when they grow older..but this fake teacup when they adult will grow bigger..can not be size teacup...more bigger than teacup...maybe less big than toy but can not be teacup size.
