GREAT video, changing my laser to a (SF) and was concerned about the ground wire attachment, not the best design but at least I can see where it attaches.
Nice proper air assist. Makes me want to loose my x7 laser. Trying to cut 1/4 ply and it barely gets through. I have to have the built in sheild almost touching.
@@Neo7CNC The x7 kinda failed. They are great for a novice. But for someone wanting to grow with it.. Good luck. The shield designed to block the light sits to low if there is any deviation in material. The glass lense is also very hard to look through to see laser position. 1/4 ply can cut in one pass with a tight gap. But burns the hell out of it. If i planned on keeping it.. I would cut the lower shield off. Changing the z adjust would be needed also as what is on it in theory is better. But in practice is horrible.

Great Job David, very informative. The price/ability of these things is amazing. Can't wait to try one. Again, great job.
Thanks Hamp!
Thank you!

Crazy you can hold a machine in one hand!
Hey Brian. All the box frame laser machines I've tested are extremely portable but this style takes the cake.
Neat video 👍🏻
I have seen some issues with my laser heads not moving. Most of the time i forgot a zero or two on my speeds!
Nice proper air assist.

A proper air assist (like this one) on the X7 would be an awesome addition!

Can I cut with lu2-2?
