The chicken sandwich is very good but I’ve made it at home when they’re out with their regular chicken. Get brioche buns and garlic aïoli -that’s it! And their garlic aïoli feels like the basic kind anyway (the kind that has egg in it- so it’s technically just mayo with garlic and not really aïoli lol)
I always went to Jollibee with my mama ever since and all my faves including the chickenjoy is dope! Gotta bring my aunties there! Shoutout to the best fast-food chain!

Love that Jollibee serves Tabasco when you ask for it. Add some Tabasco to the gravy makes a spicy gravy (eat with mash or dunk chicken and/or chicken sandwich aswell). Makes it way better. May sound weird to some but it's very good. My siblings use to give me a hard time as a kid when I would add Louisiana hot sauce on my pancakes with syrup and a couple years ago pancake syrups companies had it produce like that and were selling it. Same with honey and Louisiana and now it's more normal.

We have a place in melbourne called "St Burgs" and theres only 2 restaurants that exist and mate....when i say ive had some absolutely insane fried chicken sandwiches....y'all better believe. They have this one called hot honey chipotle fried chicken sandwich and i always make it a double 😂 its got 2 pieces of fried chicken, coated in a hot honey glaze, 2 slices of american cheese, rashers of bacon, sliced pickles, cajun mayo, between a soft steamed potato bun. Honestly it may be the best burger shop in melbourne. Its not franchised and the quality of food is SUPER high, i love the place Keep up the grouse content, mate! 👍
