close your 1 guard all the way or go no guard all the way open but just use the corners of the clipper bro

its depends on which clippers you got tbh if you magic/wahl you woudl have a half guard if not you can use the tip lever open

Yo!! Yes you are about to with straight hair just make sure to ask your barber to add texture to the top of your hair that will help it give it that messy look. And if you apply styling powder it will give you the same look as the guy in this video.

How do I ask my barber for this cut
Depends on how long you have your hair on top. But usually leave it 2 - 3 inches long and just ask for a low taper and the front lined up.
