    You can't just take someone's land. The logic of these people is so wrong.

    Never ending cycle... As soon as you give them a house they still wont go live in it. They'll rent it out or get someone else from Eastern Cape to live in it! They'll keep pouring in like a never ending rain.

    6:13 "when they tried to set this truck alight" - don't understand why the reporter would say "they tried" that truck clearly looks burnt or is it not burnt enough, hence she said "tried"?

    Western Cape and Nortthern Cape should secede form it's own country.

    • @fadielbenjamin159
      @fadielbenjamin159 6 лет назад

      Leighton Erasmus I agree but first all the illegals must be sent back home otherwise this will always happen.

    • @fadielbenjamin159
      @fadielbenjamin159 6 лет назад

      Leighton Erasmus This is actually how secession movements started in other countries. People from a particular area, sharing a common culture, language, history etc of a country face discrimination, unjust policies that lead to tension. This esults in a civil war or nearing a civil war. The marginalised group feels they would be better off seceding and ruling themselves. That's what happened in Sudan and USSR. That's what almost happened in Scotland and Spain.

      Fadiel Benjamin hard to do so without being labelled as racist in some way, if it happens that the Cape gains independence we should protect borders so that we're in control of who enters, and a system of laws which are actually enforced, land grabs should not be tolerated and such individuals which do such things should be treated as criminals for breaking the law no matter the race. There's so much to this topic but we're a country still and have freedom of movement I just hope we gain our independence before this spirals out of control. This is urgent it's the only way forward for Coloureds, Whites, the Native Khoi-San in these provinces and Black Africans too. We have no future here as a United South Africa.

    • @fadielbenjamin159
      @fadielbenjamin159 6 лет назад +2

      Leighton Erasmus True, but being labeled racist is less significant, in my opinion, and the Coloured community is already being labeled racist by most Bantus and the government. In any case the bussing in of Bantus from other parts of the country will continue, because the ANC and EFF both want the Western Cape. I see no other option then to bus the Bantus back to the EC, because if it comes down to voting for secession majority will vote against it.

    • @leightscoaster3581
      @leightscoaster3581 6 лет назад +1

      Fadiel Benjamin as "illegals" I take you were referring to people's from other provinces and not illegals as in people's from neighbouring countries like Zim for instance, they should be deported yes. But if you're referring to Black Africans like I said there's freedom of movement in the existing South Africa but like I said I hope our independence comes soon so we have borders and not just people pouring in taking up land they have no right to and demanding services. The Communist ideology adopted by the ANC and EFF is killing this country and it'll be death of SA as we know it.

    I think it's time for the Coloured and white communities in the Western Cape to stand together. The coming land expropriation without compensation is not going to benefit the Coloured community in the Cape. I really want to see Coloured people finally succeed in the Cape - they deserve it! You often see blacks being employed above coloureds in the Cape.

    • @teboholento727
      @teboholento727 6 лет назад +6

      vaughan bekker you mean it wont benefit white people because coloured people constitute a majourity the western cape population and they are still subject to poverty. whites have segregated cape town so much you can see the difference between places of people of colour and so called white areas. Is that poverty and apolling circumstances that people of colour live in what you call success. We knew that racists cant all off the sudden be gone in 1994 because at that time sudden people were not racists, I guess a true personality of a person can not be supressed for ever, the racists are coming out now even though they still hiding behind social media. I wonder if you call yourself a proud racist out in the open? or do you say you not racist? only when you behind social media you become the true you. That is very cowardly.

    • @teboholento727
      @teboholento727 6 лет назад +4

      vaughan bekker your statement is very untrue, white are a minority of all races and they have 6 times more chances of getting employed than people of colour.

      I disagree. Black people & coloured people need to stand together if anything is to be resolved.
      Those that are oppressed should work together to end the oppression.
      What would there be to gain from fighting against one another?

    • @brandonmarcusscanlen4113
      @brandonmarcusscanlen4113 6 лет назад +5

      Respect to this old man for speaking his mind, however he doesn't understand what he is discussing at all.
      This comes down to bigotry & racism, however everyone is well aware of the coloured communities inherent prejudicial beliefs towards black people. (Apartheid played a big role)
      Claiming people are moving from Eastern Cape homes into Western Cape shacks??
      That opinion is uninformed & as such doesn't hold any weight.
      Service delivery is an issue, for both races & burning properties & harming each other will solve very little.
      There's no instant gratification or relief of frustration. It is going to take a long hard journey of tolerance & empathy, as well as communal team work if we are to see an end to this conflict
