How to make a 90° angle, T-intersection and X-intersection for cable ladders?

With the corner piece KS90, a 90° angle is made for cable ladders. The corner piece KS90 is attached to the KS cable ladder (excluding KS100) with extension piece SSR or SSU.
The T-piece KST is used to make a T-junction for cable ladders. The T-piece KST is attached to the KS cable ladder (excluding KS100) with extension piece SSR or SSU.
With the X-piece KSX, an X-junction is made for cable ladders. The X-piece KSX is attached to the KS cable ladder (excluding KS100) with extension piece SSR or SSU.
