the reason you didn't have Condition 4 on your Supra is cause when cops chase you while your using a different the heat slowly dies down on the one that has the most heat
Tbh i actually never had a problem with frag races because when it race it the first time i contradict it after i mess up the first time so everytime i went in a drag race i take that turn that that car was in before i even get close to it and after i get the straight id have enough nos to catch the rest
I heard some people like this mechanic drag races(where your car automatically moves) but I personally think it’s one of the worse the nfs franchise introduced because you do not have full control and the game can potentially screw you over on purpose if it wanted to with its traffic placement. Had if black box gave you full control of your car like they do in drag races I think drags would be less annoying and difficult since you would be able to react to traffic much easier.

So the reason your Supra went back down to Heat Level 1 is because they lost interest because you kept it off the street too long. This and customizing a car too much after being in pursuits lowers the car's Heat Level
Hmmm, tbh I'm not really sure how too fix corrupted data from 1 game in particular, cus for me it was the entire memcard itself.. but fortunately for me, i keep a backup memcard in a folder just in case something like that were too happen again
