Well, thank you for that, because you’ve spared me the torturous ordeal of slogging through 18 hours of a storyline so mangled, even the writers probably sit there wondering what on earth they’ve done. Honestly, it sounds like they’re spinning a roulette wheel of weird enigmas and hoping nobody notices there’s no actual plot… just a pile of random nonsense stitched together with duct tape and delusion. The mysteries have so many loose ends, you could knit a jumper big enough to fit Lizzo and her entire entourage, plus the catering team. I mean, I’ve already wasted 12 hours of my precious existence on the first 12 episodes, thinking, surely there’s a point to all this. But no, it’s just the same hollow drivel that’ll end in a catastrophic anticlimax, like Lost. And the cherry on this pretentious cake? There’s another season still to come. Because of course there is. I’m curious as to how this will “develop” and end (hopefully soon) but I won’t be watching it any further. And so… I’ll happily wait for your next summary to save myself from further brain-melting tedium. You, my friend, are performing a public service here, and I salute you for it. I guess you know nothing about old homes. Most homes did not have bathrooms until the very late 1920’s. It’s not surprising that the 19th century home doesn’t have more than one bathroom. The homes were not built with rooms for a bathroom so a room would have to be taken over to create a bathroom. Generally speaking they would use the borning room. That is why there is only one bathroom and it’s on the second floor.
