'I'm concerned': New Quw'utsun Secondary opens in Cowichan without safety overpass

Years of hard work paid off in North Cowichan Friday, where people celebrated the official opening of the new Quw'utsun Secondary School. As Skye Ryan reports, students began attending the new seismically safer school on Tuesday, but so far the promised overpass to improve safety around the school has yet to get off the ground.
