Just know that is not a character deficit and don't let yourself be brought down by any guilt or judged about your struggle. I have studied the phenomenon of addictions, the things that have taken down the creative artists in my family including my beautiful mother. The Neuroscience is now here that tells us that your brain craves the dopamine and seretonin that many alcoholics lack . That can be remedied by processes like "Neuroplasticity" which is a non invasive and relatively simple way to reprogram the addiction and achieve the same effect you get from it in healthier ways. There is also a great book called OPEN FOCUS written by a specialist in the field . There are exercises in the book that will stop the cravings.and give you immediate calmness. Sadly some of the best and most sensitive people seem to have this problem but there is now help so the best of luck to you.

Don, when this video was first posted I commented it was your best yet. Though I feel all of your music, a year later it remains the best.
