If you ever need a good outdoor kart track concept haulers motor speedway in Sheridan, il is a great track and they have rentals. I think you could do a cool event there.
Each person must work at a restaurant that Steve owns or is friendly with, and earn enough money in one day to fill up the tank of one of the cars. Get them tips people.
Now do a challenge where one of you is blindfolded in the passenger seat and the driver floors it in the car and they have to guess based on the acceleration/feeling of driving.
