This was Marilyn Monroe last screen test for the movie "Something's Got To Give" with Dean Martin.
The original clip had a lot of noise in it, as well as some blurriness.
Added a remove noise filter.
As well as a high pass sharpness filter.
And slightly increased the saturation.
