    There is definitely opportunity to improve but we should be mindful that the officers aren’t inherently bad people. We can provide better training to navigate these interactions better.
    On the PD side, I think there is a quick to defend mentality. I think it could be better if they accept the findings and just work to improve the culture.

      Cops don't become violent sociopaths and psychopaths. Violent sociopaths and psychopaths become cops.

      all kinds bad people aspire to be police for a variety of reasons, many make it through the academy and abuse civil rights on a regular... for the FOP, a good cop is one that doesn't snitch on his criminal union brothers.
