a couple minutes. it was simple and fast to create but i am still proud of it. the VHS effect was a preset i made of an effect some time ago (last year December) the audio and image were made today. the test card image was taken from a website (which was okay to them since it was meant to be used with OBS) and the sound came from a video (which was posted for what i suppose is free to use such as some videos on this platform.) same thing with the static.
