what if Deku had Opposite Manipulation. This would work through Izuku knowing the quirk and copying it to alternate it's characteristics. (This would mean that Deku can't copy and change OFA because he doesn't know what it is and he can't change AFO because the opposite would be.... well nothing) For Example: instead of ice shards like Shoto, It could be a Blazing heat shard. Or a extremely dangerous thermal mist. And instead of Uravity decreasing gravity, he can increase it on things he touches. And similar to Shigaraki instead of making things Or people decay/rott, he could strengthen objects, and people temporarily This is a my original Fan Quirk I've thought of as far as I know since I haven't seen anyone else attempt this.These are the ideas I've thought of so far but there is endless possibilities and potential. What if Deku was raised by every animatronic from every FNAF game and had a quirk that activates when he dies and gets stuffed into a custom made animatronic suit
What if deku had planetary release: he can summon small versions of planets and can throw them to cause massive damage: side effect if he doesn’t control his emotions he could cause a black hole to destroy the planet
What if Deku had Black Phantom's Power. this Deku is smart and more skilled. instead of becoming a hero by law, he becomes a vigilante. he gets memories from a past life when he was getting attacked by the slug villain. With these memories and he doesn't grab on to All might's leg. All Might still drops the bottle and Deku still runs in but he notices that he's faster than usial. he grabs Bakugo's wrist and punches the slug villain to mist, the force of the punch made it rain. after saving his former friend he saw how the hero's treated him, he just left. All might, he didn't find Deku. during the ten months he canceled his application to UA and did Vigilante work with his "quirk" that appeared. during this time of Vigilante work he meets knuckle duster and night crawler. Deku's powers are shadow manipulation, enhanced physicality, a healing factor, and enhanced durability.
