My favourite song and performance by Dimash is Love is like a dream. Howevier every song of Dimash are truly excellent. It is a hard choice as I love them all for different reasons.

The theme of the song is love and Dimash builds a narrative of accepting the various parts of this love that lives in us: melancholy, joy and passion... Dimash is not a bad one, a good one and a passionate one. These are moments that must be embraced and understood so that we accept who we are and can see the light that dwells in us!
After singing the emotional song "The History of One Sky", at his concert in Almaty (Kazakhstan) on 09/23/2022, Dimash took a short break and went to the dressing room. At that moment, the stage was not empty: He performed this song in Spanish created by him and with lyrics by two of his fans, in that language!
While the band played live accompanying three pre-recorded avatars of Dimash, Dimash appeared, in the final section of the song singing live and being accompanied by himself in three versions!

Dimash received university training in classical and contemporary music. Since the age of 5, he has studied music. Before being recognized worldwide, he was approached to be part of the Kazakh Philharmonic as an opera singer but declined their offer to concentrate on his career and develop his art in a completely new style, cross-over Neo-classicism-pop-jazz and some Rock. We cannot classify Dimash in a particular genre. He likes to experiment with different musical genres and integrate them together, which makes him a unique artist. He is the best!❤

In my experience - People get to think they know Dimash performance style. But as u hve said, u can never predict what he will do. And even if he is performing a well known song, he usually changes it up. Gr8 job!
Dimash also does the back-up singing on a number of his videos--Screaming, the music video, is a pop song, realatively light, but you get the treat of two Dimash's singing with each other.

They are holograms, the central black one is on a screen the size of a ten story building the others less tall. Dimash always uses high quality visual effects at his concerts.There is no "they", Dimash is the music producer for all his songs so it was all his work. As a completely free, independent artist he can do anything he wants. He has his own studios, a creative centre and record label, and has no need for producers and record company moguls forcung him to sell his soul. ❤

The operatic part is prerecorded holograms projected onto the giant screens on stage.
This song gives the real Dimash time to recover from singing the epic The Story of One Sky which came just before this song.
To give you an idea of the scale, this concert was in a huge stadium with an audience of almost 35,000 people. The centre screen was 70ft high and the concert could be heard over the whole city of Almaty.

.Hay mucho por investigar de la carrera musical de Dimash. Él estudia música, piano, vocalización, etc., desde los 5 años. No es un improvisado. Él es multi instrumentista, tiene doctorado en musicología. No deja de superarse y de crear nuevas obras musicales.
Dimash has had Bel Canto classical training, contemporary training, composition and musical theater training. He has multiple college degrees and was accepted into a PhD. program, although I think he's too busy to work on it. He works on his voice everyday at least 3-4 hours and still works with vocal coaches. Basically, he lives, eats, and breathes music all day. And we are all the beneficiaries.
The best song of Dimash is Story of one Sky which he wrote himself. It took 3 years to do the complete video of 13 minutes. Profound and big message for humankind in that song. Please take the time to react to that masterpiece.

This is true rock opera!! Love how he presented this song as it's debut in this concert in Almaty concert 2022. It was the best & only way it could have been presented, i think. This was another of Dimash's compositions.

Dimash began his classical vocal and instrument training at age 5.
He will be 30, May 24, and is still training. No longer from his Kazak coach but from someone(s) internationally).
His Kazak instructor was also his mother's vocal coach.

Dimash is truly unique in that he can switch instantly from classical to musical to pop and other styles, and still sound outrageously good. 🔥🥰

Yes, Dimash went to Aktobe Music College where he was trained as a classical tenor and took part in musicals. He then went on to the National University of the Arts where he majored in jazz and contemporary music. During that time, his voice became so remarkable that he was offered a place with the Astana Opera. However, he declined, saying he wanted to develop his own genre, something he is obviously achieving right now. He then went on to get his master’s in composition, and is now almost finishing his doctorate in musicology.
I was there at the Almaty concert when Dimash premiered this song. There were three huge screens on stage, and the black Dimash appeared first on the middle one. Then the white Dimash on the left one, then finally the red on the right one. To us in the audience, it was amazing but totally understandable. So I always get a chuckle when I see reactors confused as to what’s happening 😂😂😂

This genre is what we would call "classical crossover" and that is a style dear to Dimash considering his operatic training. I may be repeating information already provided to you but in his early 20's, Dimash was offered a position at the Astana Opera House on Kazakhstan and he turned it down, preferring to go his own way. He was recently invited to join a judge panel for the Budapest annual Virtuosos contest held for young classical musicians contestants. On the panel was also Placido Domingo (now aged 84), considered one of the greatest operatic voice of his generation, and he asked Dimash if they perform a duet together. You will find their performance on Dimash's channel and it is called "The Fisherman's Duet" .
